Refund not fair amount

Paid £619 for stay and host asked me to leave for the other guest and his dog to have the house.

Refund me £333 for 18 days. Stealing £286 this not fair

Why should I be out of pocket when hoatcant fix  door locks on external doors.

If the host asked you to leave the listing you had booking earlier because they had made a double booking . Call Airbnb you should get a refund for nights you didn't stay plus help with finding an alternative booking. 

can you explain how the host evicting you relates to later comments about issues with locks on doors @Jaina5

@Jaina5 call Airbnb urgently and let them deal with the host. There is, I suspect, more going on here than we are being told though.

The original refund did look fair as a proportion of nights stayed vs booked.

Been told i will get correct refund. £390. Waiting

Airbnb customer service is a fob off. They didn't help closed case. A new agent Andrea.  So he manger rook it over. Still waiting for call.

@Jaina5 without knowing how many days you paid for originally it is not clear if this is fair or not. As @Helen3 says you really should have called Airbnb and got them to sort out the issues.

I paid 619£ for months stay.

Host decided other guest and dog need more room. 

So she asked me to leave.saying I get back 300£

@Bhumika Yes I have. Waiting for reply. Not happy with refund amount . Air bnb want host to keep over half money for 11 days. Not fair
