Refund not received

Hello,

I have used Airbnb servicesh for my stay in Narbonne France last week.The refund status says the amount would come in by 20th May. But it hasn’t. As per the instructions it takes 24 hrs for PayPal but it’s been 4 days. 
Pls help.

@Rajeshkanna0 Can I just ask why you are expecting a refund? Has the host granted this I wonder?

Thanks for the response. 

The refund was due to the rebooking done.( Reduced the number of days stay). The status sayid it was refunded on 19th and would credit back no later than 20th May.

And yes the request was approved by the host.
