Need Help, I had reserved a house in Savannah Georgia for a group of family members. I paid $916. Dates June 10 -18, 2024. We had a death in the family and had to cancel. I contacted the Host Mariana, prior to cancelling. I canceled in March 2024. I was told that there would be a partial refund, no other solution was available. After I cancelled, They kept the $916 and told me no other refund would be given to me. They, Air BNB & Hosts, considered this a partial refund, no refund of cleaning fee or service fee. I asked Trevor, if I could come to stay the number of nights that the $916 would cover and this was refused. I cannot afford to lose the $916 and my vacation. Any suggestions?
