I accidentally sent a refund twice to the guest. Is there a way to cancel one without requesting she sends it back as I feel she will just get annoyed?
I guess Airbnb’s system does not allow hosts to retract a refund after it has been processed. What you can do is contact Airbnb Support and explain the situation to Airbnb Support and ask if there’s any way they can intervene or adjust your payout in the next reservation.
