Registration of guests in Spain: responsibility of host or platform?

Dear members,

Being a host in Spain since over a year, I am receiving confusing information about the legal requirement to register guests with the authorities. I was always under the impression that it is the platform's responsibility as they have all details of the guests. Or am I mistaken and do I have to register my guests myself?
