Removal of retaliatory review

I am a host Budapest Hungary.

I had guests who were cryptocurrency mining which they were warned no to do it.

They wrote a realiatory review.

Airbnb does not want to remove it.

They gave 1 star. 

They were first time guests without reveiw on Airbnbn.

I do hosting for 6 years now with 4,8 with three properties.

Airbnb doesn't respond they let me write and say we closed this case.

I want Airbnb to remove the retaliatory reveiw because it destroys reputation and income.

Airbnb just treats me so abusive.

Guests wanted early check in they could check in.

They did not communicate in the app, they were calling me on the phone.

So much time but I am not giving up till the reveiw is removed.

I am just not feeling safe with Airbnb as not getting listened to.

I made a video about crypto mining in my property. Even they asked for it and promised there is going to be a negative reveiw they remove it. Otherwise I would have vacated the guests.

Airbnb customer service is just running errands closing down the issue and not taking seriously it is just to close and they do not consider and you cannot give feedback. Even they delete what you write to them, and cannot be traced back by you to write a complaint against that person who doesnot want to help you and does not listen.

I just wanted to be listened and cared for taking off a review that is retaliatory.

Also need a place to give evalution of airbnb customer service.
