Reporting a host for inaccurate listing description**
Hello Airbnb community host and guests, Happy new years!
Anyone have experience with reporting a host for listing a unit that says "1 bedroom" when the place is actually just a studio unit?
This unit in Honolulu Hawaii is only 1 floor above the roof of an bar and grill that opens until 2-3AM at night, lots of music and drunk people noises, and the obvious cooking smell from the roof top exhaust fan and hood.
The unit have thin walls, rattling doors, and loud AC & refrigerator unit, all sharing the same space as the studio unit.
The room also have a constant buzzing noise even if I disconnect all electrical devices.
I have full documentations of the unit with photos and videos. Airbnb and the host and refused to provide any meaningful refund, I had to leave the unit early to find a new place to live during the vacation.

@Rui389 just leave them a review. As I am sure you realise this will hurt the host as I am sure some of your reviews have hurt your bookings. Hopefully the host will react better than you do when faced with a bad review.

Hi @Rui389,
I'm sorry to read that your accomodation wasn't what you had expected. It's always best to follow the Airbnb guide if you have a problem or issue during your stay.
Remember that you have 72 hours to report any issue to your Host or to Airbnb from the time of discovery.
