
Hello hosts and Airbnb team,
I recently received a review from guest Melody (stay Sept 14 – Oct 19, 2024) on my listing “Views, 1 block from beach + parking! MoNTHLY”.
The review stated:
“The A/C was different from the description (the original post).”
This statement is factually false — my listing description accurately described the A/C provided. This misleads future guests and violates Airbnb’s Review Policy on inaccurate or misleading content.
I escalated this through support, but was told the review will remain. This outcome feels unfair and damaging to my listing.
Has anyone had success pushing a similar case further, and Airbnb team — can you please re-review this?
