Require alternate accommodations for guest

Can any one assist in HA4 or HA5 for a family of 4 arriving 25th August 14th Sept as I can no longer accommodate them.

Why can't you honour a confirmed  booking @Kyla117 ?

If it is a reason covered by Airbnb's EC policy you can cancel penalty free.

If not, Airbnb will help the guests find suitable alternative accommodation and will charge you if it costs more than your listing fees.

Even if you find alternative accommodation you can't transfer the booking to another host.
