What to do when you receive a trip request who has 0 reviews, recorded 2 previous trips, Airbnb membership for 7 years.
I get no response when I asked for assurance that s/he accepts the House Rules & to look after my apartment even though the Guest’s request said “ask me any questions”.
I feel uncomfortable & think I should Decline this request? ….thanks for any thoughts.

Hi @Stephan15
Follow your gut instinct and decline of they are not communicating. Let them know why you are declining and if the problem is simply that they didn't have notifications on they can always request their trip again, and this time follow through with your required questions.
The track record of 0 reviews, 2 trips and 7 years to me isn't a huge red flag, but lack of communication is.

Your advice was astute . That is is exactly what happened in the end :- I said I needed more info & offered them to request again, they apologized then re-booked and the reservation was made. My sincere thanks to you.
