Reservations

Hi,

Can someone help with a reservation, a potential guest would like to stay from the 12th Nov to Mon 9th Dec. I’ve changed in settings from a maximum of 2 weeks to 35 days but it is still not allowing him to book.

Not sure if I need to change any other setting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Fiona969 do you have any additional requirements for guests such as having good reviews etc?

Hi @Fiona969 

I selected those dates and they seem to work for me. Perhaps check the "good track record" setting as @Mike-And-Jane0 suggested.
