Resolution center.

 

A host alleged damage or theft to the original items. Which I did not do.

 

Do I go to a lawyer? Resolution center is not helping. I did not brake the items.

Is it the same host (starting with  "CR") who wrote the bad review ?

 

Did the host provided any proof of the allegations ? 

Did the host reported the issues within 14 days after check-out to Airbnb ?

Break or theft are different accusations to deal with...

Provide evidence anything that helps your case. Keep everything written on Airbnb so there’s a clear record. Politely deny the claim and state your side. 

  • Your own photos/videos from check-out
  • Messages showing no issues during the stay
  • Proof the damage already existed
  • Proof you didn’t use that item/area
