Hi, I'm Airbnb beginner. I need some help.
Would you respond to a false review from a host?
I guess he wrote it out of spite. I asked Airbnb for a refund because he didn't get ready for the cleaned room and I couldn't enter the room for an hour though after check-in time and so on, anyway terrible stay.
I only have another review (it's good, totally opposite). I'm concerned this review may negatively impact future use. I've already asked Airbnb but nothing helped.
Please let me know your opinion if you've had the experience like this.

I will respond to the review up to answers from Airbnb.
The host reviewed like I showed up with BF last minute, drunk and disrespectful to security.
The host knows when I arrived because I sent the message about the keys, even though he didn't see me while my stay. The security and the condo office helped me kindly as No keys in the lock box and they know I stayed by myself and I wan't drunk.
Also the unit was NOT cleaned, I've asked Airbnb help and they refunded cleaning fee. I guess the host posted the false review because he was afraid of negative reviews or get back at the complaints.
