Reverting service charges from Host fees to Split fees

Has anyone faced an issue in reverting service charges from Host fees (Simplified Pricing) to Split fees? 

I changed the pricing strategy to Simplified pricing 2 weeks back and after I changed that option disappeared from Accounts setting. I opened the case with Airbnb more than 10 days back and they were not able to resolve the issue. 

Already tried disconnecting through PMS software and waiting to get that option back but no success.

Is there any way to escalate this issue to Airbnb executive team and get this resolved?
