Review

A guest did a review but it is not showing. I need this to post for my Superhost Status. Is there a way of finding out why it isn’t posted?

I found out he had done the review the day after his stay but missed completing a final question. It has posted now. 😀

@Tamara799 As you have all 5* reviews you do not need the review to post to get Superhost Status.  All you need are a certain number of stays and an average overall review score of 4.8 from those reviews you have got.

Hello @Tamara799 

 

Did you also review the guest?  If not, then the guest review will show up 14 days later if you haven't reviewed them but if you reviewed them already, then both your reviews automatically and instantly show up. Unless there is a bug of course...
