Our last 2 guests left us 5 star ratings in every category, yet the overall rating showed as 4/5 stars? I am missing how we lost 1 star overall? Is there a different category that the host is unable to see?

@Karen2882  The overall rating is not an average of the category ratings. It's a separate rating the guest leaves.
