2 weeks ago a guest made a false claim about flies in the Airbnb Appartment during his 5 days stay. Ironically, he did not tell me any of this but went ahead after checking out to make this claim. I have a feeling it was a retaliation against my clean up- before you leave policy that I reminded him off. I haven’t had any books since then. I reached out to Airbnb customer service to remove the comments from my page because it is antagonizing the image. However, they refuse d to take it down. What do I do in this instance because of this post, all my future bookings have been cancelled by guests.
