Has anybody been successful getting a unfair/bad review removed since the last update in March?

For me recently one of my guests said she left me a five star review. When I apologized letting her know we fell short from receiving a five star from her she informed me she did leave a 5 star and doesn’t know why the review says four. I’m not even wasting my time with the request to remove review because even though it’s clear it was a mistake ai won’t understand. My second four star ive received since march was a guest who disliked a house rule. Said everything in the home was spectacular and I treated her well she just wish she could have water in the room (which she could). House rule is no food or drinks in room which is visible prior to booking. You can’t leave a review for something that’s already listed. That’s like me saying please don’t bring strippers in home in my house rules then the guests leaves a remove saying they loved their stay but would have preferred to bring strippers in the home😒. Neither have I tried to remove using this new form ai set up
@Emilie I had a guest who said they couldn't gain access via the lockbox, they left and cancelled there booking and claimed a full refund 2 days later... I obviously disputed the refund as the lockbox was working and I did go to the property to try and help the guest but they had left..... I proved to airbnb the lock box worked and although the guest was refunded I did still received the full payout.... there was no other communication from community support or from the guest.... the guest wrote a damming 1 star review including 1 star for cleaning and amenities... I have disputed this review and been told it is being held as it was the guests point of view.... this violates so many policy rules... but it has still been allowed.... I recently found out that somebody else had there 1 star review removed and the circumstances where the same..... there seems to me the review system is totally broken with CS not applying any common sense to removing reviews... and just point blankly saying no... how can a review not be factual.... how can somebody say they never got in to the property and get a full refund and then rate the property dirty... they either got in to the property or didn't???
