Rewards for the shameless * guest who crammed the cookie bag and plastic into the toilet

I'm the first one to run a host.



As soon as we started operations, we received a 7-night * guest as our first guest.



Sadly, hair, various materials, and eating * bags and plastic were found in washbasin drains and toilets.



While we were cleaning up the area, we were damaged by the various stools and filth left by the * family. 



I lost about 600,000 won when I asked an expert to repair it.



What should I do?

@해린0 I don't see how the ethnicity of the guests is relevant here. Damage is damage no matter what country the family comes from.

You can initiate a request for compensation at aibnb.com/resolutions. If the guest does not accept your charge, Airbnb will review your claim and request documentation and receipts for the repairs.

@해린0   As posted by @Anonymous   it is not necessary to include the ethnicity of the guests in your report of damage.  Focus on the behavior and the damage you can prove.  Please go to the Help Center for all the rules about how to make a claim.  Follow those steps and help Air BNB be able to make a determination about responsibility and cost of the claim.  Hopefully you have a security deposit designated on your listing rules.  Good luck and keep us posted how this goes for you.
