SQUATTER SITUATION

I'm extremely disappointed with the Airbnb system. We had guests who overstayed in our house for two days and then tried to claim squatter's rights. The police had to come to our home three times before they were finally removed. While Aircover compensated us $6,000 for the damages after reviewing the case three times, Airbnb has refused to remove the negative review these guests left. I’ve repeatedly insisted that these individuals were trying to get all their money back, which is why they overstayed and caused us so much trouble. The whole situation is incredibly unfair, and Airbnb's refusal to take further action has been really frustrating.

No, I have created several support chats addressing the case. I had several calls with Airbnb support as well and they all refused with the removal of the review.
