Safari and Firefox no longer working

Have other hosts experienced a problem with Safari or Firefox browsers. I have always used Safari since joing Airbnb, thats 12 years.... and had no issues until now. I was unable to logon to my account.After meeting airbnb's AI for help I eventually got my superhost support. Luckily my mobile app still worked ok and i had access. Over a couple of tense days I was able to logon BUT had to use Google Chrome.  Support says that there have been no updates made and they dont know what has changed, but something has changed.

No problems with other admin sites such as Booking.com expedia etc so has anybody else had problems and if you did how did you resolve them

@Alastair0 all is working fine for me on Safari. Only recent issue is no longer getting text messages on my phone.

Some time last year I also had a variety of too many glitches - talked with 2 different people at AirBnB support, after an hour or so of messing around, I was told that their program was designed to work best on Chrome. That worked for a while, but then I migrated back to Safari (where I do 99% of my work) and it’s usually OK, but still messages are delayed, sometimes my responses aren’t sent, often the calendar goes wonky, etc.  Anybody have suggestions?

Hello @Alastair0since you posted in our community a few days ago, I wanted to ask if you are still experiencing this issue when using Safari or Firefox. Could you please share a screenshot of what you see when you try to log in to your account on any of these browsers?

We cant type the phone number. Even if we move away from this login screen to one that doesn't automatically show old information etc you still cant input the number.

Clicking on an Airbnb link, Airbnb advised that I need to Update Your Browser (egFirefox). After updating, Airbnb still advises the same message but you can opt for Proceed Anyway and that works ... it's very odd.

Yes. I had this problem updating a payout method. I am furious because the Airbnb rep kept insisting the problem was mine. I am a SUPERhost and have been one for 6 years. I use my iPad and iPhone— legit tools. For an Airbnb rep to tell me I have to use a laptop is absurd.
