 No i keep getting mixed responses from different representatives and its frustrating because it feels like im being taken advantage of and definitely will not be using or recommending airbnb in the future for this reason

I got one person telling me that the address cant be switched days after you booked and hours after you have arrived to the address that was provided originally and then i have one person saying they can do that either way i didnt stay i was scared out of my mind in a city and neighborhood i didnt know and booked a ticket home right away
