Security Camera in un-rented host only area.

We do not rent out the garage/shop area of our home.  There is a locked door preventing guest from entering that space.  Is it necessary to disclose the presence of a security camera in that area since it is not rented and not accessible to guests?

@Jon3220 I would disclose the camera just in case you need to use it to prove that a guest entered the garage when they shouldn't. It will also incentive guests to respect that this area is not available to them.

@Jon3220  I agree with Mike and Jane0 -- if there is a camera installed anywhere on the rented property, even in a location that is not available to guests, disclose it in the listing and deter those less than honest guests.  It will also mean that no guest will demand a refund for their rental based on being "spied upon" by a camera that was not mentioned in the listing.
