Self-check-in ideas for an apartment

Hello all!

I want to ask you for some ideas because I need help with starting to offer self check-in for an apartment.

So, the apartment is in a building which is having the front door at the street with an intercom that can be open only with a card, is not having access code.

Next, we are having a hallway and a staircase, in the hallway we have the postal box.

On each floor they are 4 apartments, our is on the second floor.

So, for this apartment how you will implement a self check-in?

@Dan13994 How would a visitor enter the building to see an occupant who already lives there? Most systems have a buzzer code that can ring through to a mobile phone. If this is the case register your phone, have the guest buzz and you can let them in via your mobile phone. Include a lockbox on your apartment door with fobs and keys for future use.

If your apartment building does not have a system like this you could schedule your cleaning service to align with the guest's arrival time and have them hand off the keys.

Just a few more ideas for you to think about.
