Service dog pet fee

Hello , I was recently sent a request to send money to my Host due to saying I am traveling with my Service dog , should I ask for a refund? Even though my trip is coming up next week and I already paid in full. I did send the Pet fee due because it is the Hostess home but it just doesn’t feel right that I was charged for my Service dog .

Hi Mike & Jane, 

My pup is a Psychiatric Service dog she can sense when I’m about to experience a negative symptom and she provides support by bringing me my medication.

Hi Rebecca, 
Thank you for your reply and yes I went through the Accessibility Policy in regarding service dog & emotional dog our pup is not an emotional dog she’s service by the state of florida. I did reach out to Airbnb support and we’ve been in the process of resolving the issue.
