So, a guest reached to us stating it’s hot at 82 degrees. i didn’t see that late night message till next day. I asked what her temperature preferences are 6am next day, she didn’t respond.
Airbnb then immediately cancelled us 3pm for “broken amnities” and refunded her rest of nights without checking with us.
Today, when i dig into this. I found guest arrived at 9:15pm, and complained 82 degree at 10:24pm. 30 minutes after her check in while outside is 101 degree.
so, airbnb cancelled us for not allowing even 30 minutes to let the A/C cool the house down and refused to recover the payout for us…
it becomes impossible to host, and i have been hosting for years.
