Hi, I have sold my property, and need to cancel bookings. How do I do this, and do i need to compensate the gjests, or Airbnb?

It would have been better to block your calendar to prevent guests from booking if you were anticipating selling the property.

You'll have to contact Airbnb and have them cancel the bookings...the sooner the better. You will be subject to penalties and fines for these cancellations.
