Slow Growth-Reservations

I have a room I rent out through Air BNB and I did decent with income being new since 2023. 

However, had anyone run into a slow down of customers in the Wheaton IL area? Since the tariff wars? Or Midwest as a whole?

Everything does look excellent.  I don't know why a sudden decline maybe you get a lot of business because your close to the college.  College's are having money issues are they bringing in less visitors?

If maybe then tweak your ad presentation for other business which you have being your highlight.  You have Guests conferencie attending, a rest stop when driving a long journey, and Guests who mention downtown during their stays.
