I took pictures of the bathroom mirror completely covered in steam with the words "Hot Water!!" written in the steam. I took video of walking into the property from the outside, through the living room into the bathroom where steam is rising up from the shower.
Nope.
Idiot who answered the AirBnB support line said that "...there's no way to know if there was hot water there when the guest was there."
What nonsense! I asked "How do you even know if there's a house there? I do millions of dollars of rentals through AirBnB and have been inbusiness for ten years. I am a SuperHost. And you think that I am lying about whether or not a property HAS HOT WATER???"
We are agressively searching for other options to reduce our use of AirBnB.
