Guest wants to barter instead of paying - do I get penalized if I decline the reservation?
Specialist from Airbnb didn't talk to me through more than 48 hours. Than he sent me a message - i've asked him again several questions about his new message , but he haven't answered me yet.
The specialists from Airbnb support asked him several times to help me, but he did nothing.
Should i write some kind of complaint against this specialist to make the problem solve faster?
Actually i have kind of complicated situation - i can't live in my current Airbnb apartment and i found the another apartment, but i can't do nothing, because the specialist doesn't open the process of relocation.

Hi @Yurii15
To better assist, could you clarify a few things? Are you an Airbnb guest or host in this situation?
1. If you’re a Airbnb Guest and you want to move to a different Airbnb listing because you don’t like the one you’re currently in, try to resolve issues with your current Host. If there’s something wrong or misleading about the place (e.g., not clean, missing amenities, unsafe), message the host through Airbnb first. Give them a chance to fix it or offer a solution (like a partial refund or early checkout).
If host isn’t helpful contact Airbnb Support.
2. If you are an Airbnb Host and asking about can you “Relocate” an Airbnb listing to another apartment?
Airbnb listings are tied to a specific address, so you can’t simply change the address of an existing listing to a new location.
What i should do in this situation?

Thank you very much for your answer! I 've just seen it.
I'm the guest.
The problem was that Airbnb specialist didn't answer me for more than 48 hours and i could't do anything with it. I wrote to Airbnb and phoned but they told me that specialist was working on my problem (but i doubt about this fact).
As a result we checked out from the Airbnb apartment and checked in to another accommodation that is not Airbnb. Now we are waiting for the investigation of our case by the Airbnb team. We wish to get the full refund for the days we didn't live in the apartment and 30 % refund for spoiled days.
It's a bit surprising since Airbnb support is mostly AI nowadays, which means you should get a response in minutes, even if it's obtuse and useless. The best thing is to avoid Airbnb support whenever possible.
But Airbnb is heavily guest-favouritist, so whatever your issue, you should be able to get away with it, even if you make the whole thing up.
Just keep trying.
