Hi
I have booked a saty 6 hours ago and the Host just now has said it's not available.
What is the point of me trying for hours to find the perfect spot for the reservation only to be not available???
Please fix this!

@Steven1753 Airbnb does its best to fix this sort of behaviour. The host will be fined and the dates blocked in their calendar. They will also lose superhost status if they have it.

If you booked a place and the host is now saying it's unavailable they will need to cancel and Airbnb will fine them. @Steven1753
You can also read up on the guest cover policy in this situation if the booking is I believe 30 days or less away they will help you find alternative accommodation.
Just to check you definitely booked rather than a request to book?

Hi - yes it was definitely booked as the calendar was showing available. It makes it very tricky to book. On top of this the host was rude when cancelling.
