Struggling getting bookings

I’m still struggling with the number of bookings. I don’t know what’s going wrong from my end. 
did everything to improve. Plz suggest

The one bad review made your overall score fall below the Airbnb Standard of 4.8 that effects where your listing gets displayed.

Fixable it looks like just a bad tempered guest, other reviews are great.

Smoke alarms are not expensive and especially family tpe of listings parents want in bedrooms.

Review Amenities you choose kitchen but you also need to choose appliances because that can vary by location.

Review Max 4 Guests.  The usual count is 2 people per bedroom.  Your property doesn't display if I have 5 guests so I don't see your note about more than 4 guests.

Don't display your couch has a sleeping area it creates problems.

Tweak your description to focus on the appropriate market.  

3 bedroom apartment probably a family vacationing so approximately a week.   Looks like good sites on the map near your property.  Anything very popular you are near or easy to get to this or that?

Try some Airbnb Custom Discounts you discount 20% on certain days only but Airbnb will market the listing.
