Sudden Drop in booking since the past couple months

Hi all, 

I have been a Super Host for the past 1 year, and my first property has performed amazing for the first year, and I have great reviews as well, and only a single 1-Star review due to a troubling guest. 
But even after that 1-Star review I did not face any issues. 

I added another property to my portfolio and since then I have seen a consistent decline in the bookings of my first property. 
I used to easily get like 5000 views per month, and they are now down to 3000 per property.

 

Also a very serious decline in the bookings since the past couple months on both my properties, 
Anything that I am doing wrong?
Anyone else has faced this issue before? How did you fix it?

I'm sorry to hear that you have lost some views and bookings in the past weeks. I'm sure that with the help of hosts and their advice, we can revert this situation. 🤗

Hi Navneet,

 

Just try to improve your properties by following the tips given by Airbnb, they are very helpful.

 

Then you need to lower you booking prices. The holiday homes market depends highly of offer and demand.
