Hi! We recently received superhost and now we’re in a pickle. Our guest made false claims that our security cameras were not disclosed in our listing (one ring camera and one on our back deck). Airbnb has suspended our account without warning and no one from the Trust and Safety team has reached out to resolve this issue. We have contacted Airbnb every day since this happened and no one is able to connect us with the team responsible for our case. The answer is always “they will reach out” with no timeline or update. Has anyone experienced this?? I feel like this is extremely unfair and is hurting our business

I was having a good look at your Host profile and noticed that your listing named "Holiday Hills Mountain Retreat" is active. Did you have more than one listing (in case I might be missing something?).
