Superhost Punishing Death Loop

Hey, what do you do when a guest leaves a review that is definitely retaliatory but doesn’t fall within the retaliation policy but the review puts your listing in jeopardy and you can’t let your business be jeopardized by some random jerk from the internet and inadequate policy and you can’t get anyone to think outside the box and can’t break past the second level of management to someone with any authority and entry level “support” keeps closing your case, and you’ve been a superhost for years, and Airbnb seems to prefer punishment over support?

@Sevonne0 The simple answer is to list on multiple platforms and reduce your reliance on Airbnb.

Thanks for your response.  A few months ago I expanded to other platforms and am growing there, thankfully.

If anyone has any advice about what to do within Airbnb hell realms, I’d be most appreciative.  Thanks!
