Been getting the run around speaking with customer service reps for weeks and my issue is still to be resolved. How do I get in touch with a supervisor?

@Catherine3279 Generally you can't - Airbnb is very clever at stopping complaints from escalating by not having an escalation process.

What problem are you having?
