Review Your Pricing

• Compare similar listings nearby . Are you priced competitively?
• Offer early bird or last-minute discounts.
• Add a weekly/monthly discount. Airbnb highlights those in search.

Make your photos pop:

✅ Use high-res, well-lit photos.

✅ First photo should show your best feature (pool, view, cozy bed, etc.)

✅ Add labels to photos using Canva or Airbnb’s tool (e.g. “Living Room”, “Kitchen”, “Pool”).

Highlight unique features, nearby attractions, who it’s perfect for (solo travelers, couples, remote workers, etc.), and what sets you apart.
