Surprised with booking

I'm New i here . I am surprised that I only have one booking at the moment though. Would you be willing to give me advice about my listing and see if I set something up wrong or if some of my policies are turning people away?

@Patricia3793  First and foremost the customer will want to see 'Where am I staying'. Perhaps start with at least one outdoor picture of the house.
