Suspended account during random screening/identity checks

I’ve been with the Airbnb community for the past 6 years and a SuperHost for the majority of that time without incident. Our account was randomly selected for a screening and identity check and have been suspended during this time. We are going on 2 months of lost income without any explanation and have been kept in the dark during this process. I’ve reached out multiple times and assured that a member from the specialized team will update us, but to only receive the same vague copied and pasted email 7 times! This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing! Has anyone encountered this and what did you do to resolve this? I don’t think we can afford to wait and see any further.

This issue is as Common as Muck unfortunately.

ABB need to sort there act out with there AI and Automated systems.

They by law are required to undertake Customer Due Diligence in accordance with the Law not the Blanket approach that there Trust and Safety Team are doing which is discrimination and a failing to adhere to existing Customer rights whereby previously Common Sense prevailed in wider society.

You may like to also follow this up with SEC as they have previously undertaken investigations and prosecutions of BPO's acting outside of there scope of practice and adherence to Common laws.

ABB use BPO's and have a Tech Team that also should be held to account for failures of Basic Human services.
