Yes these type of inquiries are not uncommon unfortunately and some ask for a video of the listing or to visit your place before booking. Usually they have zero reviews, have recently joined Airbnb, bare minimum identity verification, so be cautious!
Just reply back that this is not allowed on Airbnb and that your photos are a true reflection of your listing and to look at your reviews. There is every chance you will not hear back from them after this as they are looking to book your place off platform. You can also flag them to Airbnb for trying to circumvent their off booking policy.
You only need to reply to them via message, no need to pre-approve, accept or decline if you are not comfortable.
