How do you communicate to your guests about termite swarming?

Great question!

It is one of what we call "invasions" that happen seasonally. It just happened, of course. We pick them up, put them outside and say that's were they belong. To the guest, we say that this is what happens this time of year, shrug, and that's all. Now it is ants and beetles. Soon it will be crickets. We are out in the wilderness, so there are all sorts of things to entertain.
