Terrible new review policy system???!

I had disputed a review in which a guest sent me a blatant text message offering a refund in exchange for a 5 star rating. When I had submitted this to Airbnb, they denied my claim, despite it being directly against Airbnb review policy.

I had appealed it, and it got denied again!!!!

now due to this new system and form for review disputes, I have no way of removing this now. It said I no longer have any chances to remove. What do I do!!!!!

I don't think there can be any additional updates since with the new review system you only have two chances to make your case. After that, the system literally doesn't allow you anymore attempts.

I also have issues with the new system, I feel like they should bring back the old system. There is nothing like speaking to a live human after all, and I feel like the number of attempts allowed is also too low.

I had the same thing happen to me.  Not only did the literally lose 10 resolution cases with me for reports I had to prove false, afterwards they left me a retaliatory review.  Prior to the review dispute Airbnb was nothing but helpful based on the evidence, then when I tried to dispute the review they literally said it didn’t go against policy even though it was retaliatory and false!  I am working with a lawyer to file legal arbitration
