Good afternoon community. Share your experience on how to solve this problem. I am a super hostess, I have received many guests myself and for 5 years I was the second host of my super host husband. Great experience in receiving guests. But recently I encountered a problem when a person with a new account (1 month) stated that her tablet was stolen in my apartment and demanded a full refund. But there was no one in the house except her at that time. This unfounded accusation was enough for the support service to block my ads and have not responded to my messages for 2 weeks. Question. Are empty, new guest accounts more important and more trusted than accounts of superhosts with more than 6 years of experience who have already hosted more than 1000 guests? Who has experienced blackmail from guests and how did you solve this problem?
