I booked a room for 1 night and I need to check in at 11 am. This was communicated to the host before she accepted my booking request. Following her acceptance of the booking, I noticed that the check-in time was 14.00, which does not work for me. Given this, I sent a couple of messages to the host asking to re-confirm that I can check in at 11.00am, but she is not getting back to me. How would I contact airbnb about this?
1. Call the host if they aren't responding to your messages on Airbnb.
I
2. it would be unusual for a host to agree to an 11.00 am check in - as they then would not be able to let the property the night before . But if she has confirmed in writing you can check in, in the morning you should be fine
3. You can call airbnb or contact them online if the host doesn't respond to your call.

Have you managed to get clarity on the check-in time for your booking since this weekend?
