Third party booking / review

Wondering what airbnb policy is regarding reviews from third party bookings. I had an issue with a guest who booked, and had her family stay. We found out later that she wasn’t part of the group that stayed. She gave a very unfair review and I’m wondering what airbnb does in such cases because the person didn’t write things based in first hand experience.

You can ask airbnb to remove as she didn't stay. How do you vet your guests on booking ?  @Robin1421
