Wondering what airbnb policy is regarding reviews from third party bookings. I had an issue with a guest who booked, and had her family stay. We found out later that she wasn’t part of the group that stayed. She gave a very unfair review and I’m wondering what airbnb does in such cases because the person didn’t write things based in first hand experience.
