Hi @Rajat41 😊

Thank you for bringing up this conversation here!

What small things do you do at your listing?

I’m tagging a few hosts to see what they can share with you: @PhuketBungalow0@Snehal1@Mohideen0@Elise43@Shady2 and @Lamberto-and-Enrica0.

Hi @Rajat41 😊

This is a great question, thank you for asking!

Which one would you suggest?

I would offer them breakfast and products from the farm.

I love these sorts of questions! I always leave my guests a pound of my homemade granola, homemade yogurt, and a dozen colorful eggs from our hens, in addition to locally roasted coffee, homegrown herbal tea blends, and a small businesses pottery bowl, made from clay dug on the farm, and glazed with bits of old glass I dig up in the woods!

Sound intresting

That sounds really great @Elise43 ! Your guests must feel so special with all those touches.

Do your guests often leave reviews or notes appreciating these lovely items?

Yes! All the time— it keeps me going, because it does take work. but everything that I tend to do for gas or things that I do for my friends and family, and this way of turning those hobbies into business expenses, and even into businesses. It’s a nice way for any host to product test, and see if some of their products are worth producing at a larger scale.

At one point, I tried to phase out the granola because it was becoming so expensive to make it, but my regulars were not having that, so I raised my rates and kept making it! 😝

WOW @Elise43, I am impressed! Cooking items in bulk is not an easy feat and I appreciate all the time and energy you put into making this happen 🌻

Do wish to eventually turn this into a business idea? I think home made goods are simply the best. I myself prefer preparing bakery items or my favourite Tiramisu at home rather than bring it from the markets🙈

My Guest loves Clear communication regarding location and which short rout is suitable for reaching my Place,   food available and availability, How to make their Pets friendly at the time of Check in, Share Caretaker number for any support required, Places they can visit nearby during their stay, and keep in touch with them from Booking to Check out.  But I do not disturb them by making phone calls. I am available 24 x 7 if they need any support or guidance.  I have a big villa ( farm House ) with personal garden and lot of common amenities in our community Club house.

That's what we call good hospitality

Hi @Snehal1 , thanks for sharing these amazing tips! What type of common amenities are available in the community club house? 😍  Have you noticed that your guests inquire about it often or make the best of use of it?
