Trouble posting on Facebook

I cannot get the Superhost graphic to post on Facebook. Any ideas?

@Thomas707 I would recommend looking at the file type. I went to the email from airbnb, clicked link for the email letting me know I got the super host, then copies the little video url. I hope this helps.
