Unable to book due to a risk of party

I’ve been back and forth with customer service due to not being able to book a place for me and my partner as they have said its a risk of an unauthorised party. It’s been raised several times and all i get is they are unable to remove it manually and will send it to a specialized team. I keep getting an automated response from automatic@airbnb stating they have reviewed it and have decided to uphold their decision but everyone i have spoken to including case managers have said they have left notes for the specialist team and are unsure whats happening. I’ve always had 5* reviews back from hosts i’ve booked with and never had a complaint. They say its an automatic trigger due to it being for 2 guest or because i’ve booked late for a weekend. I have cried several times on the phone to advisors. I currently have cancer and this has been mentally challenging as i added all my money as a gift card onto my account. I have been getting no help just automated emails stating they are upholding this. I’ve been advised to try again in 24 hours but they cannot gaurentee this will work. I have 2 days to sort this out. Can someone please advise asap

I'm really sorry to hear what you're going through both personally and as a 5* guest trying to book on Airbnb.

As a host myself, the only thing I can do is tag some community managers to see if they can help you book and pull some strings their end - @Bhumika @Elisa @Quincy
