I get the following message after I submit payment:

 

" How Can we help you?

Only use this form if you’re unable to complete this security check using another option—it can take several days to get back into your account if you need our help "

 

Does not make sense to me. I called several times and they cannot figure it out. The first time it happened was when I was trying to book an event. Ever since then, I get that message and I can't even book a room. Customer support has been absolutely useless. And yes, my payment methods are all good. I called all my banks, and there are not problems. I use my Mac computer and my iPhone. No success. 

 

Any ideas??
